TEXARKANA -- The escaped inmate shot and killed by a Texarkana Arkansas Police Officer Monday has been identified as Michael D. Olson, 30, according to the Arkansas State Police.
Arkansas State Police released the name of the Bowie County prison escapee who was captured yesterday and was shot during an alleged altercation between the prisoner and the arresting Texarkana Arkansas police officer.
