In Provincial Court on Sept. 9: Kasandra M.L. Burr was found guilty of assaulting a peace officer, sentenced to six days in jail and assessed a victim surcharge of $100. Robert F. Basil was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order, sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a victim surcharge of $100. Shayne D. Williams was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance, sentenced to 51 days in jail and assessed a victim surcharge of $100. In Provincial Court on Sept. 10: Cole Burger was found guilty of unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, placed on probation for 12 months, assessed a victim surcharge of $100 and prohibited from possessing firearms for two years.
