A warehouse at the Agility Logistics Park complex in Riyadh is the first building in Saudi Arabia as well as the first warehouse in the GCC to receive Edge Advanced certification as a green building.

Agility, a supply chain services, infrastructure and innovation company, has announced plans to build a major logistics park south of Jeddah at an investment of SR611 million ($163 million). The 576,760-sq-m complex is due for completion in Q1 2025.
