The acquisition aims to combine Marchesini Group’s mechanical engineering business with some of the leading software and vision companies in Italy.

Marchesini Group acquired 100% of SEA Vision Group. Pietro Cassani, CEO of Marchesini Group, will become Chairman of the Board of SEA Vision, which will also include Michele Cei, co-founder of SEA Vision, who will retain the role of CEO.
