Wisconsin did put out a warning to the teachers saying they will not tolerate any absences to come here and protest. saying they will discipline teachers who come for that purpose. candy? >> mick trevey, thanks so much for keeping us up to speed. appreciate it. but it's not just wisconsin. budget shortfalls in education are proving to be a volatile mix in states across the u.s. deborah feyerick has more on that from new york. what are you finding out? >> what's so interesting about this is faced with hard budget choices, everything right now is on the table. and that includes often untouchable...
