MIDDLETOWN Middlesex County’s COVID-19 cases are now at the lowest level over the last seven months, according to data provided by the acting health director.
Acting Health Director Kevin Elak expects to see the city return to seven cases per 100,000 people when data is released by the state Thursday, downgrading the rate of coronavirus infections to yellow, which is less than 10 per 100,000.
