Pounder’s Gap, Westbury Road, St Michael, is a no-go area for accused Midian Sheldon Scantlebury.
Acting Magistrate Marsha Lougheed ordered him to move from the district and to not venture back there as part of his bail imposed by the District “A” Traffic Court.
Scantlebury, a 41-year-old labourer, of Pounder’s Gap, had denied he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Leon Thompson on December 4 last year; that he damaged Thompson’s car last December 20, and that he used the threatening words: “I gine kill you. You will be going back to Jamaica in a board box. I will give you all the shots in my gun. Your life is mine, boy,” to Thompson on January 21 this year. ....
