Aidilfitri bazaar organiser fined RM20,000 over SOP violation

North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor ( pic) said the compound was issued during an integrated operation led by the district police, state health department, Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) and the Home Ministry that began at about 10pm.
