St Augustine West Rotary to host virtual Carnival fundraiser Malick Folk Performers - ROGER JACOB THE National Carnival Commission has said it will not be hosting any virtual events for 2021, but that other entities can do so if they wish. On January 2, the Rotary Club of St Augustine West will host a virtual fundraising concert, at Green Meadows, Santa Cruz.
