So there is many courses where we have scenarios and other courses where we dont. So, i think thats really one of our big next challenges is to make sure that that exact thing being replicated in all of these other areas that we are able to talk that through and if the officers get a chance to practice that and that there is a collective feedback given. Part of that is not having paid staff for this.
