The Culinary Celt, north Cork's Cathy Fitzgibbon, has contributed to a book series for millennials which focuses in the role that food can have on positive mental health. Wellbeing is the core theme of the recent addition to the Book Hub Publishing Group's 'Mental Health for Millennials' book series and Cathy has contributed a culinary chapter to this fourth volume of the book series, adding to her input in the series' previous volume.
