Is channel 819 a newly added channel? - Verizon FiOS TV

Is channel 819 a newly added channel? I was browsing the Guide and came across 819. This channel has the "generic TV Logo", and it is labeled as a PPV channel with Wrestlemania Night 1 on it. I thought PPV channels were channels 1000 - 1003, ruffly. Also this channel appears in the "Full Guide", but not in the "Mini Guide". This means it was added recently. Said new channels only show up in the Mini Guide after a STB reboot. It is a Bug that Verizon needs to fix. Anyways, does anyone else see this, and know why Vz FiOS would add a PPV channel mixed in with other regular cable ones? And not in...
