The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on June 7 added eight more entities to its Alert List of unauthorized forex trading platforms.
Deputy Governor Michael Patra highlighted the importance for technology companies to exercise caution with regards to unauthorised electronic trading platforms (ETPs) that are available for download, , Tech Companies, Trading Platforms, electronic trading platforms (ETPs), Reserve Bank of India's (RBI)
The Alert List contains names of entities which are neither authorised to deal in forex nor authorised to operate electronic trading platforms (ETP) for forex transactions
The RBI had cautioned residents against entities/platforms/websites promoting unauthorised forex trade.
The new additions to the alert list of unauthorised forex trading platforms include QFX Markets, 2Win Trade, Guru Trade7 Ltd, Bric Trade, Rubik Trade, Dream Trade, Mini Trade and Trust Trade, the RBI said
