　大家好!很高興參加全國港澳研究會年會學術研討會。一年多來，以習近平同志為核心的黨中央高瞻遠矚、果斷決策，制定實施香港國安法，築牢國家安全防線，實現了香港由亂及治的重大轉折;完善香港選舉制度，確保「愛國者治港」，開啟了香港良政善治的嶄新篇章。一年多來，全國港澳研究會緊緊圍繞大局，主動服務中央重大決策部署，積極建言獻策，用理性專業的聲音深度解讀、凝聚共識，發揮了重要作用。
　這次學術研討會是在完善香港選舉制度落地落實的關鍵時刻召開的，具有特殊意義。藉此機會，我談三點體會。
