Pierre man arrested after early Sunday morning slow speed pursuit and traffic stop

Information from the Pierre Police Department says an officer attempted to stop a black Cadillac Escalade for speeding when the driver, Darrell Anderson, failed to yield to the patrol vehicle. A slow speed pursuit occurred for several blocks, then ended when Anderson finally pulled over. Officers conducted a DUI investigation, which resulted in Anderson’s arrest.
