I'm upset for the constitution because i feel many of the arguments out there right now about what the second amendment does and doesn't say are being completely misrepublican resented. the second amendment is about the right to bear arms. it says nothing about background checks. it says nothing about the right to sell arms. in that regard, it's one of the ironies here is that in the press conference, for example, president obama was actually in part agreeing, ironically enough, with justice scalia in 2008 and the famous washington, d.c. versus heller decision that basically says, yes, we have...
