Wolf Rock (Cornwall) Ltd v Langhelle. Facts Ms Langhelle was the substituted petitioning creditor for the winding up of the appellant company, Wolf Rock, under Section 122(1)(f) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (which applies when a company is unable to pay its debts).
