SOUTH JORDAN — A man was arrested over the weekend after police say they found him trespassing inside a house where 20 pounds of highly explosive materials were discovered earlier this year. Aaron Mitchell Norris, 36, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on Saturday for investigation of trespassing. South Jordan police were called that morning to 3371 W.
