In a lineup loaded with bats, Ella Galloway's single made the difference for the Great Falls High Lady Bison. The sophomore delivered a single with two on and two out in the bottom of the seventh inning Saturday afternoon to plate Stephanie Jablonski with the winning run in the Bison's 9-8 Eastern AA Conference win over the Billings West Golden Bears at MultiSports.
