Different direction, mostly satirical, and it wouldn't be the same kind of show than with someone like james gandolfini who was a mob villain and was if a mob role in therapy but took it totally seriously. it was somewhat funny, but he played tony as a person who had a history and reacted to things on a human level, and that really made a great deal of difference. >> now, he seemed at times to go from delightful and adorable to horrifying, sometimes just within a minute, which was very jarring and disquieting, i think, sometimes for viewers, which is exactly what they were going for. thank you...
