Yes I registered last year and actually opened the magazine; 2 clicks of the mouse and the screen froze . as I expected my internet conection was too slow. I now have a faster connection, ( You Tube is now watchable.) My sreen shows a black back ground with the pocket mag logo, below that an open book and the "shopping basket" and the 3 bars top LH. at the foot of the screen there is an inch high band that can be scrolled but not accessed. At present its 2 clicks and I'm back to where I started. Thesame result googling their Help page and their Contact Us page!
