MIET signs MoU with IIT-J

MIET signs MoU with IIT-J

JAMMU, July 3: Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) has signed a broad-based MoU with Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu (IIT-J) promoting academic collaboration.
The MoU was signed between Prof. Manoj S. Gaur, Director IIT-J and Prof. Ankur Gupta, Director MIET at IIT-J campus today.
Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Col. Sanjay Kumar Dahiya, Registrar; Dr. Amitash Ojha, Dr. Ankit Kathuria, Dr. Lakhwinder Singh and Akanksha Chauhan (from IIT-J) and Prof. S.K Sharma, Director Academics, Prof. Ashok Kumar and Dr. Sahil Sawhney (from MIET).
This is a first of its kind academic collaboration in the region, under which IIT-J shall offer advanced courses leading to minor degree specializations for MIET B.E students. ....
