That those key questions are addressed about how ready we were, whether we had the right investment, whether we had the right staff in the health service to be resilient enough to respond to a major emergency like that. and, of course, there's lots of questions about the ongoing management of the pandemic that need to be looked at. but it is really important that those questions are not dodged and that those that had to pick up the pieces in the nhs, those people who lost loved ones and family members, know that there's been some accountability and that some of the lessons have been learned so...
