Monaco Properties Ltd has submitted revised wording on appeal to An Bord Pleanála regarding the Sports and Leisure retail unit it wishes to develop at the Waterford Retail Park in Butlerstown.
The more substantial part of the application, in which B&Q will return to Waterford as an anchor tenant, has been green lit by Council planners.
An €18 million investment, with B&Q already committed to anchoring, will elevate the Waterford Retail Park into the largest such facility in the South East.
