Prof. Adolphus Odogun Loto, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration and Clinical Services of the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo City, Ondo State, has accused the Bursar of the institution, Muritala Steve Shittu of alleged assault, battery and threat to life. Lotto in a petition to the Commissioner of Police said the incident occurred on February 15 at about 9am inside the council chambers of the University. He alleged that his life was not safe whenever he had physical contact with Shittu, asking the police to investigate the matter.
