The Fangdong Railway, which links Fangchenggang and Dongxing in South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, will become operational on Wednesday, connecting Dongxing city at the China-Vietnam border to China's national railway network, the state railway operator said on Tuesday.
