(WHEC) — Some Rochester City School District students in grades 7-12 will be heading back to school Monday for phase three of its reopening plan. According to a memo released by Superintendent Dr. Lesli Myers-Small last month, students in grades 7-12 will have the option of returning to in-person learning starting the week of Monday, Feb. 22.
