Eat the Frog Fitness in Naples is working out all day Friday for 12 Hours of Fitmas. In 20 minute increments, you can see how far you can bike on the spin machine, or row on the row machine. At the end of the 12 hours, they are going to calculate the total distance traveled. It’s all to collect non-perishables to donate to the Shelter for Abused Women and Children.
