Who benefits from NHT's contribution refund
Most Jamaicans are able to connect the term ‘contribution refund’ to the state-owned National Housing Trust (NHT). However, many first-time mortgagors and individuals who make monthly contributions to the NHT, in particular those persons who have never received a housing benefit from the Trust, are not certain if they qualify for a refund or how to go about applying for one if they do.
