Cool next few days but milder weather by the end of the weekend

Many areas across Central PA picked up between 3-4" of rain since the month began this past Monday. Although it was spread out over several days, it was enough to cause minor flooding along streams and creeks in the region. Even the Juniata and Susquehanna will get close to their banks in spots today and tomorrow. The good news? Tuesday and Wednesday will be active, with steadier rain on both days. Temps fall close to freezing Wednesday night, and that’s when we see some snow showers.
