More flurries are in the forecast but some parts of the province could get snow squalls starting Saturday night.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Waterloo region, Guelph and Wellington County that warns significant snowfall is likely, with the risk of freezing rain, all day Tuesday.
If you're walking or driving Wednesday morning, Environment Canada says: "Slow down." That's because Waterloo region and surrounding areas are experiencing freezing drizzle, which can produce "thin, hard-to-detect layers of ice."
Dense fog Wednesday prompted a fog advisory from Environment Canada for areas of Waterloo region, Guelph and Mount Forest. It has now been lifted.
It could be slow going on the roads Monday night across much of southwestern Ontario.
