Dec 15, 2020 In efforts to help address the substantial impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the city of Richmond has created a Small Business COVID Grant Fund of $100,000 to help small, local businesses. According to Order 20-138, presented on Tuesday in the final official meeting of 2020, this fund would aim to provide relief to some businesses through an application process up to the amount of $2,500.
