Massive clearing of hill ranges for poppy cultivation causing water crisis in Imphal
Most of the major rivers in Imphal valley have dried up due to the large-scale poppy cultivation in hill ranges, CAFPD Minister L Susindro said after taking an aerial survey of poppy plantations in the state.
