Wellness has made it to the warehouse sector with a new development in Milton Keynes. Contractors have been appointed too build at 180,000 sq ft sustainable logistics scheme in the town, the first of its kind according to developers. The warehouse, to include what the developers Baytree call “a host of multi-functional enhancements to promote employee wellbeing”, will be built on a 10.4-acre site in Fenny Lock, Milton Keynes.
