Ten die in Tamil Nadu fire mishap; authorities blame 'illegal cylinder' for blaze
A fire broke out in a stationary train compartment at Madurai railway station, resulting in the death of ten people. The Southern Railway stated that an illegal gas cylinder caused the blaze. The passengers were in a private party coach that had arrived from Lucknow. Twenty others sustained injuries and were admitted to a hospital. The fire was extinguished by fire service personnel.
