Bombay High Court allows interim compensation of ₹1 lakh each to fishermen families affected by third Thane bridge
Justice SJ Kathawalla, in last judgment before retirement, observed that seven months had passed since it had sought for the quantum of compensation to be determined and empathized with the fishermen.
