Bombay High Court dismisses Sonu Sood's plea against BMC action
Alterations made at residence are against sanctioned plan, according to civic body The Bombay High Court on Thursday refused to grant relief to actor Sonu Sood who sought protection from action by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) against the alleged illegal construction at his residence without the permission from the civic body.
