ISU San Mateo's new SSF to boost Mungbean Native Cake processing
CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela, Feb. 26 (PIA) - The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Isabela Provincial Office has turned - over a Shared Service Facility (SSF) for mungbean processing to Isabela State University (ISU) San Mateo campus. ISU Campus Administrator Dr. Rosalie Leal said the SSF for the Mungbean Native Cake Processing and production will also enable the campus in making mungbean by-products such as Mungbean Pancake , Empanada , Buchi and Puto.
