Former Tweed Shire Councillor Barbara Carroll is being remembered as a passionate advocate for community and cultural development in the Tweed and inclusiveness for all, regardless of ability.
The late Ms Carroll served as a Tweed Shire Councillor for 10 years from 1995 to 2005. She had a particular interest and active participation in cultural development, communication, disability and ageing issues, community consultation and governance. ....
