Devon and Cornwall Police and South Western Ambulance Service were called to reports of a crash on Mutley Plain Northbound, near to Ford Park Road, at around 7.18pm. The police Force Incident Manager confirmed there were reports the man had sustained minor injuries and was being treated by paramedics at the scene.
