City man charged for allegedly selling fentanyl Eric Serious, 32, of 1630 Memorial Avenue, is facing charges related to allegedly selling fentanyl to a confidential informant on Andrews Court on Sept. 4, according to Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit. Serious was arraigned by judge Christian Frey Dec. 16 for possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance and the criminal use of a communication facility, and is being held in the Lycoming County Prison for $75,000 bail.
