(PNA file photo) MANILA-Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Silvestre Bello III has reminded Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLOs) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) that they are still under his jurisdiction.
