MANILA - The Sandiganbayan has turned down the motion for reconsideration filed by former justice secretary Hernando "Nani" Perez and his brother-in-law, businessman Ramon Arceo, asking the court to stop state lawyers from presenting more evidence in the forfeiture case against them.
