Cork community claim timeline for new water reservoir is 'not acceptable'
Banteer-Lyre-Nadd & Districts Community Council has said that it is “not acceptable” that locals will have to wait three years for a dedicated water reservoir and called on Uisce Éireann to finish off work it started on a nearby facility to ensure better water supply in the meantime.
