Our ReporterDimapur, Sep. 24 (EMN): In contrast to the popular perception on the prevalence of gender equality in the Naga society, the advisor of Nagaland NGOs Forum (NNF), Kughalu Mulatonu Yeptho, viewed that there is disparity between men and women, while he also called upon the members to aim for small changes and bring social uniformity. Mulatonu stated this during the dedication programme of the working office of NNF at Purana Bazaar in Dimapur on Saturday. He stated that Nagaland is divided politically, internally and externally where every political party has their own agenda. He added that not a single political party can have dominance over the society as Nagas are a classified society with each tribe speaking multiple languages.
