In his court papers, Dr Bilal says the CS is yet to comply with a court order dated October 31, 2022 that directed Mr Owalo to reappoint and gazette him as the CEO.
According to the former KBC Managing Director, Owalo was served with the court order on November 8.
Justice Kebira ruled Mr Bilal was illegally dismissed after his first contract ended.
