The Electoral Commission has confirmed the final results of the Port Waikato by-election won by National's Andrew Bayly.
National MP Andrew Bayly has easily won Port Waikato's by-election, with NZ First's candidate - the only major party to contest the seat - conceding.
Andrew Bayly has win the Port Waikato by-election, receiving over 14,000 of the 18,000 or so total votes. This will result in Bayly giving up his spot as a List MP, as he is now an electorate MP. This will make Nancy Lu the 123rd Member of Parliament.
National MP Andrew Bayly has won the seat of Port Waikato in the by-election by a landslide.
