Hindustan Urvarak and Rasayan Ltd (HURL) plans to start setting up a nano-urea plant in Sindri within the next three months at an estimated cost of Rs 200 crore. The Indian government has instructed all urea producing fertilizer plants to shift from producing neem-coated urea to sulphur-coated gold urea.
