Our Correspondent Imphal, Aug. 4 (EMN): Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on Thursday informed the House that National Medical Commission has given positive nod for Churachandpur Medical College, the first medical college in a hill district to start functioning with 100 MBBS seats from this year’s academic session and added that the commission has asked the state government to submit necessary documents. Biren Singh said this on the 10th day of the ongoing 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly.
