Dec 17, 2020 WARREN — A Warren man was arrested by federal marshals Monday after he was charged in an eight-count indictment related to drug trafficking. Michael Crain, 46, of 2954 Ridge Ave. SE, was arraigned Tuesday on two counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, trafficking in cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, three counts of possession of cocaine / crack, and having weapons under restriction.
